Social Responsibility Policy
1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy is to state our social responsibility principles as Ersan Kauçuk and to emphasize the importance of social responsibility activities for our company.
2. SCOPE
According to our company, social responsibility; It is about how companies manage their business processes in a way that leaves a positive impact on society. Our social responsibility policy has been established to support activities that will contribute to economic and social development in all our business processes, to be sensitive to the sustainable development of human capital and the issues that concern the society we live in. This policy includes our basic principles regarding our social responsibility approach.

This policy; It has been approved by the Executive Board and made public and guides us as an integral part of our code of ethics.
3. GOAL
The aim of this policy is; to take our society forward by creating sustainable, economic and social impacts that respect universal values.
4. COMPLIANCE, MONITORING AND REPORTING
Compliance with this policy will be continuously monitored and subject to review by the Board. Each local manager is responsible for making sure that the principles set out in this policy are communicated, understood and followed by all employees to ensure compliance in their areas of responsibility.
5. CODE OF BUSINESS ETHICS
The rules of business ethics determine the standards expected in internal and external relations with employees, customers, stakeholders and third parties.
5.1. We are committed to conducting our business in all respects with honesty, integrity and openness, respecting human rights and the interests of our employees, customers and third parties.
5.2. We aim to establish strong relationships with our suppliers, stakeholders and other parties we deal with, based on mutual trust, understanding and respect.
5.3. We will conduct our activities in accordance with fair competition and applicable regulations.
5.4. We will comply with applicable laws and regulations wherever we do business. Where necessary, we will use legal advice to comply with this commitment.
5.5. We will review and monitor our business risks, including social and environmental risks.
5.6. Its code of conduct, ethics and form of governance include a commitment to ensure that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of the company's operations
5.7. Employees
ü The working age is as determined by law, and child labor is not allowed or supported.
ü It does not employ its employees under pressure in any matter. All employees are employed in appropriate positions under equal conditions with their own consent.
ü Working hours are regulated as stipulated by law, and overtime and weekly leaves are applied according to labor law.
ü The wage policy is evaluated according to the knowledge and skills of our employees and they are not paid below the minimum wage.
ü It fulfills the legal requirements for the health and safety of all employees, takes the necessary measures to prevent all health and safety risks of the personnel, and ensures occupational health and safety by supporting their development with training opportunities.
ü Management listens to the requests and complaints of all employees. Employees report their requests and complaints to the management and the solutions of these issues are analyzed and finalized by the management.
ü It is ensured that the privacy and confidentiality of the personal information of the employees are respected.
ü It is ensured that our employees are properly rewarded for their contribution to the success of the business.
ü The right of all employees to freedom of association and collective bargaining is respected, and all employees must have the freedom to exercise these rights.
ü It prevents all kinds of discrimination such as race, color, gender, sexual orientation, religion, marital status, pregnancy, age, etc., and complies with the principles of equal pay and fair recruitment.
ü It tries to balance the number of employees according to gender distribution in recruitment, taking into account women's rights.

ü In line with our Supplier Selection Criteria, we expect our suppliers to adopt and implement acceptable product quality, product stewardship, labor, human rights and environmental, social and legal standards.
6. LEGISLATION AND APPLICATION RULES
Our company ensures the highest level of compliance with all national and international rules, especially legal legislation.
No bribery, facilitation or any improper payment is accepted at our business. No unregistered accounts, funds or assets will be used or maintained.
Price-oriented information is never disclosed to third parties in an unauthorized manner.
7. ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Compliance with applicable laws and conditions is our main goal beyond our current situation and is a very important part of environmental protection, recycling and energy saving policies.
In our company, efforts are made to develop and present processes and services, to reduce waste and emissions, and to establish a sustainable global resource use programs.
